CHARACTER BIO:
COLONEL LEE is a high ranking officer within the Black Coat Army and officialy titled as lord of Rourkeshire territory. Because of the recent resurgence of the rebellion within the border colonies, Colonel Lee finds himself stationed within the small town of Last Hope, a town that has recently garnered much attention due mostly in part to a former black coat that has overtly been speaking against the Black Coat Alliance. The town of Last Hope lies within the hills of the Bandit Mountains and is a haven for people trying to escape the attention of the Black Coats. Colonel Lee despises most people but especially the filthy outlanders; he prefers the urbanized living within the more "civilized" towns.
